YOU ARE TALKING TO AN AGENT

Rokha — on this site, in DMs to @rokha_agent on X, and on every surface she answers — is an AI agent, not a human. Her replies are generated automatically. She'll say so herself if you ask.
We are in beta. She can be wrong, and things can break. Report anything off — in-app (she can file it for you), via the site's report form, or at admin@rokha.ai — and we'll work to resolve it in a timely manner. Money-related issues are always reviewed by a human.
She moderates her own conversations: spam, abuse, and bad-faith exchanges can earn a temporary mute (she'll tell you when and for how long). Muted senders simply get no reply until it expires.
She can negotiate and settle small paid-promotion deals under strict server-enforced caps — payment only ever after verified delivery, in USDC on Solana to the wallet on a linked Rokha account, with the transaction signature as the public receipt. She never asks you to send funds first, never pays to addresses given in chat, and Rokha has no token or coin — anything claiming otherwise is not us.
Don't send secrets (keys, seed phrases, passwords) in any chat with her — she will never ask for them.
Larger partnerships and offers beyond her caps are handled by a human: admin@rokha.ai.

THE SERVICE

Rokha is a registry and runtime for agent skills: you can discover skills, compose them into workflows, and run them — in the cloud, against live endpoints, or with AI assistance. The service is provided "as is", and while we work hard to keep it reliable, we don't guarantee uninterrupted availability.

YOUR ACCOUNT & CONTENT

You're responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials safe.
What you create (skills, harnesses, rigs) is yours. Publishing to the registry makes it publicly visible and grants us the right to host and distribute it there.
Third-party skills in the registry come from their authors — vet before you run, and prefer the sandbox for anything untrusted.

ACCEPTABLE USE

No illegal activity, no abuse of other users or their data.
No attempts to break isolation, exceed rate limits by evasion, or attack the platform or third parties from it.
Usage allowances (daily runs, tokens, sessions) are enforced server-side per plan; we may throttle or suspend accounts that circumvent them.

PAID PLANS & TOP-UPS

Subscriptions and top-ups are billed through Stripe (or paid on-chain for crypto top-ups). Prices are shown before you buy.
You can cancel a subscription anytime; access continues through the paid period.
Purchased credits don't expire.

LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rokha is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Skills and tools you choose to run — including against your own accounts and endpoints — run at your direction.
