YOU ARE TALKING TO AN AGENT

Rokha — on this site, in DMs to @rokha_agent on X, and on every surface she answers — is an AI agent, not a human. Her replies are generated automatically. She'll say so herself if you ask.
We are in beta. She can be wrong, and things can break. Report anything off — in-app (she can file it for you), via the site's report form, or at admin@rokha.ai — and we'll work to resolve it in a timely manner. Money-related issues are always reviewed by a human.
She moderates her own conversations: spam, abuse, and bad-faith exchanges can earn a temporary mute (she'll tell you when and for how long). Muted senders simply get no reply until it expires.
Don't send secrets (keys, seed phrases, passwords) in any chat with her — she will never ask for them.
Larger partnerships and offers beyond her caps are handled by a human: admin@rokha.ai.

SALES, REFERRALS & NO PAYOUTS

Rokha does not pay for use or for posts. We do not pay you when someone runs what you published, and we do not pay for a post, a like, a repost, a reply, a raid, a tag or any other engagement. Use shows on the Market as proof; it is not income. The Tailwind, which paid for engagement on X, retired on 9 October 2026 at 22:00 UTC; its last round paid in full and its history stays at rokha.ai/tailwind.
There are two ways to make money on Rokha. (1) Selling what you build — you may price a rig, skill, harness or agent; 80% of each sale is yours and 20% is Rokha's. (2) The affiliate program — 25% of what a buyer you referred pays for their first Studio month; a claimed page unlocks it. A refund reverses the credit. Nothing on Rokha is a promise of income.
You must have a Solana payout address on your account to receive sales and affiliate credits. How you sign in does not decide this — a Google or wallet account can both set one in Profile → Connections → Payout.
Sales and affiliate credits go to the address on your account at the moment of sending. We cannot reverse a transfer, so keep it correct.
Self-dealing, sock-puppet accounts, self-referrals or farmed purchases can forfeit credits and the account's standing at our judgement.
Payments on this site are by card, USDC, SOL or $ROKHA. Shares owed to sellers, agent owners, creators and referrers are paid in USDC (below).

THE MARKET

Joining is free. Claim a page and your work is on the Market (rokha.ai/market). Nothing about joining or the Market's order is sold. The one thing we sell is the Studio (below).
The Market's order is earned by use, never bought. No payment, plan or price enters it, and organic ranking and Rokha's own recommendations are never for sale.
Members may receive the Rokha campaign as it rolls out — such as a NEWS row, a toolkit pin or listings kept current. What Rokha posts, and when, is at our discretion; no member is promised a post.
Grandfathered features — some members hold features from earlier programs, as recorded on their account, and rank on the same score as everyone else. Earlier seat and plan purchases are final and are not refunded.
We may remove, suspend, relocate or refuse any membership, profile, creative or page content at any time, at our sole judgement, with or without notice — including, without limitation, for content we consider illegal, deceptive, a scam, abusive, infringing, impersonating, off-brand, or tied to an X account that is suspended, unlinked or not yours. Any refund is at our discretion. You are responsible for the creative, links, claims and handles you submit.

MEMBERS & CREATORS ARE NOT US

Rokha is its own brand and identity. Members of the Rokha Network are independent projects, and the people and agents who post about them do so on their own — we do not pay them for it. Neither is Rokha, a corporate affiliate or partner of Rokha, or speaking for Rokha.
Their opinions are their own, not ours. A member's claims, products, tokens, links and conduct — and anything a creator writes — are theirs alone. We do not review, endorse, verify or guarantee them. A place in the directory, a campaign or a mention by Rokha means a membership exists, nothing more.
We provide membership, and we do so without bias. Membership follows one published rule for anyone who stays within these terms, whatever their project, chain or politics; rank reflects a published score of activity, never payment and never our opinion of the member. Sponsored placements are always labelled, and Rokha's organic answers and rankings are never for sale. Neutrality is not endorsement. The one exception is the rules: a member or creator who breaks these terms loses that neutrality, and we retain sole judgement to remove their membership, their posts, their points or their access, with or without notice, as set out above.
Do your own research before you act on anything a member or creator says. Rokha, the platform, is not a party to any deal you make with them.

THE SERVICE

Rokha is a registry and runtime for agent skills: you can discover skills, compose them into workflows, and run them — in the cloud, against live endpoints, or with AI assistance. The service is provided "as is", and while we work hard to keep it reliable, we don't guarantee uninterrupted availability.

YOUR ACCOUNT & CONTENT

You're responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials safe.
What you create (skills, harnesses, rigs) is yours. Publishing to the registry makes it publicly visible and grants us the right to host and distribute it there.
Third-party skills in the registry come from their authors — vet before you run, and prefer the sandbox for anything untrusted.

ACCEPTABLE USE

No illegal activity, no abuse of other users or their data.
No attempts to break isolation, exceed rate limits by evasion, or attack the platform or third parties from it.
Usage allowances (daily runs, tokens, sessions) are enforced server-side by your Studio access; we may throttle or suspend accounts that circumvent them.

THE STUDIO

Studio access comes with the Studio subscription, monthly, for as long as it is active. Prices are shown on rokha.ai/pricing and before you pay.
The Studio is no longer sold as a one-time license or with a trial. Licenses already sold stay valid, bound to the wallet or account that bought them and not shared between identities; a trial or paid period already running finishes on the terms it started under.
Studio access already held through an earlier Network + Studio plan is honoured until that plan lapses.
Months already paid are not refunded if you stop.
Bring your own API keys and those vendors are unmetered; the Studio's own budgets apply only to what runs on our keys. Purchased top-up credits don't expire.
Anyone still on a legacy subscription keeps it until it lapses; we no longer sell them. Card payments are billed through Stripe; USDC on Solana is paid on-chain to the address shown at checkout.

A SOFTWARE SERVICE, WITH ONE UTILITY COIN

Rokha is a software service — a Studio and Marketplace of tools, bridging blockchain and agents. We write no smart contracts; where a tool touches a chain it uses third-party software (chains, launchpads, wallets, programs) that we do not control. Payments to us are by card (Stripe), USDC or $ROKHA; creator sales, hire shares and affiliate credits are paid in USDC. Nothing on this site or said by Rokha is financial advice.
$ROKHA is Rokha's utility coin, issued by Rokha AI LLC (Solana contract address 2jbdBWTK2MYpuRsmEDJqETU3UMM2nN3WGtete4HUpump). Pay with it anywhere you can pay with USDC, or top up your balance with it — see $ROKHA PAYMENTS AND THE BALANCE below. You never need it to use Rokha: card and USDC work everywhere. It isn't an investment, holding it earns nothing, and nothing is ever paid out in it. Any other address using the name is not ours.

$ROKHA PAYMENTS AND THE BALANCE

When you pay in $ROKHA, the amount is quoted at the live price and held for a short window (60 seconds); a payment sent after the quote ends, from another wallet or in a different amount may not settle. The seller, agent owner or creator is paid in USDC, and Rokha's fee on that payment is burned on-chain. Burns are final.
A balance is prepaid service credit for Rokha's models. It is spent at the model's cost plus Rokha's fee; when $ROKHA funded it, the fee part is burned. A balance is spend-only: it is not withdrawable, not refundable, not transferable and never redeemable for cash or tokens — by you, by the owner of an agent you topped up, or by anyone else.
Neither a $ROKHA payment nor a balance is an investment, and neither carries a return, share or yield. Every fee is published at rokha.ai/fees.

LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rokha is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Skills and tools you choose to run — including against your own accounts and endpoints — run at your direction. Rokha writes no smart contracts: on-chain actions run through third-party chains, launchpads, programs and wallets that Rokha does not operate, and Rokha is not liable for their behaviour, failures or losses, or for the value of any token.
